Refund policy

We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase. 

To start a return/exchange, you can contact us at customercare@misfrtnclothing.com. We will send you a return address, to which you can ship the product back to us. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer free return labels as we are a small business. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. Refund amount will not include shipping fee. You will be refunded in the same payment method used to make the purchase. Refunds may take 10 business days to show, please be patient.
